I made a couple of trips to the Niles
Canyon
Railway this month. On the first trip, I got to ride on the engine,
thanks to an invitation from my friend, Curt, who was the engineer that
day. That was fun. Dirty, noisy and smoky, but fun.
Two weeks later Dad came for a visit and we went for a ride as regular
passengers. Also fun.
